A great feature about this belt is how portable and light it is. Made from nylon webbing, it can be folded over and stored in a gym bag without taking much room.

Selecting the correct size belt:

Please measure over your belly button rather than around the hips. Your belt size will be 2-3" smaller than your pant size.

When wearing the belt, you do not want the belt ends to overlap, it should have around 1-2" gap when belt is on.

This belt is designed for men and women. Sizes are unisex.
