The 4" wide support is ideal for exercises such as Back Squats, Power Cleans, Deadlifts, Clean and Jerks, Overhead Squats and much more.

With a self-locking buckle supporting all the pressure, you never have to worry about the velcro opening and you can focus 100% on your lifts. And with a quick release mechanism, you are able to keep the belt on between lifts.

The inner layer of the belt is made from soft neoprene which is light, flexible and comfortable to wear.

The outer layer has colour sequins which are durable and will not come off to ensure durability.

Selecting the correct size belt:

Please measure over your belly button rather than around the hips. Your belt size will be 2-3" smaller than your pant size.

When wearing the belt, you do not want the belt ends to overlap, it should have around 1-2" gap when belt is on.
