DetailsThe Extreme Fitness PRO Mini Bands are a smaller version of the power bands. The advantage of the mini PRO bands as that you don't have to loop the bands over. With a length of 12" and 4.5mm thickness, these bands can be used for multiple exercises such as benching, pressing, stretching, agility drills and rehab.
The bands are great for glute activation as well as additional resistance to usual exercises such as hip thrusts, squats, glute bridges. These bands will not roll up like during movements.
