The EZ bar is a proven favourite for increasing upper arm strength and mass.

A great feature to our curl bars is that the shaft is thicker than most on the market. We have a 30mm thick shaft with knurl for a better feel and grip. It also weighs 10kg compared to lighter versions.

The angles in the bar allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists.

The EZ curl bar achieves this by putting your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard Olympic bars.

This all black EZ bar has an Ionised coating to protect the bar and offer a great grip.
