The Extreme Fitness PR-450 Short Power Rack is built for gym owners with limited ceiling height but unlimited strength goals. Compact, sturdy, and ready for serious training.

The height is 183cm(with or without the pulley) and provides plenty of room for squat and bench press inside the cage and tall enough for pull ups.

The pulley system allows you to do lat pulldowns/low rows/biceps/triceps and many other exercises. (Max load 130kg)
