This is not your standard bench. The Extreme Fitness Utility FID Bench is a beast on it's own but it also comes with 2 attachments: preacher curl and leg extension, curl add ons. Made from 2 x 3" 11 guage steel which offers exceptional stability, sturdiness and durability.

Features 7 different positions ranging from incline, flat and decline. The seat has 4 adjustable positions which makes this bench very versitile and quick and wasy to adjust position.

The pad is well cushioned (5cm thickness) to give you comfort when working out and the non slip vinyl coat is firm enough to support heavy weight.
