The Extreme Fitness Strongman Sandbags are a great alternative to the traditional Atlas Stones and heavy balls.

Made from 1000D Cordura and reinforced double stitching to withstand the heavy loads.

Each sanbag has a built-in filler bag with a YKK zip and velcro fastener to prevent sand from coming out.

Important note: The sandbags are sold without sand. You can purchase these from any local builders merchant or DIY store.

We recommend a dry sand.
