stem so far. I looked at entry level racks like this and they didn't all have foot plates for the seated row. The lat pull down is great. I am 6 foot and when doing lat pull downs I am at full stretch I don't in some gyms and even with 70kg on the stack it feels heavy which is good. I also went for this product as it has 6 weight storage bars. They are of a good size and good for purpose.

My only minor points for preference would be haves numbers on the side by each hole for the safety bars and if it came with a locking bar you could attach to the safety bars to lock your legs while doing lat pull downs (but I have only seen this on 1 similar product). I went to a building trader an bought a bit of wood for £4, drilled 2 holes and it is perfect to hold me in place.

Overall I have given the product a 5. It comes with a pulley system, decent pull up bar and storage for your weights and it's a good stable rack. I would use Extreme Fitness again as their products seem good and they are very competitive when it comes to price. I look forward to getting some dumbbells next.
