Plate loaded lat pulldown low pull row machine

Being and ex world champion bodybuilder I can tell you now this product is very well made nice smooth actions and would recommend this to anyone who's looking to get into weights

Decent bit of kit

Good quality, solid bit of kit. At 6’3 I only get about 95% of arm extension- which is fine. Smooth movement of pulleys. Over all very pleased!
Took abou an hour to build, instructions could have been a little better.

Great value for money

Missing part

Went together very easily. For a home gym you cant ask for much better. Was missing a pulley but that is now on its way. Customer service has been very prompt.

To my mind, a great home gym needs a high pulley… and, ideally, a low pulley. Having made do with attaching a pulley to a rack and using a pin, I upgraded by adding this to my home gym.
