The Extreme Fitness Stackable Multi Plyo Box are the perfect tool for improving your vertical and lateral jump.

The soft foam reduces stress on joints and has no danger of shin damage when landing.

Four boxes are included with the following heights: 24", 18", 12" and 6"

Build explosiveness and jump height by stacking plyo boxes or use separately to create a plyometric training circuit.

The soft Plyo Boxes are made from a high density foam and covered with hard wearing, non-skid vinyl, and the main benefit is that the foam will absorb some of the impact during a landing.

There are 2 reinforced velcro flaps either side to secure the boxes on to each other. Handles are attached either side to move them around easily.
