The Extreme Fitness leg curl and extension isolates the quadriceps and hamstrings while providing a full range of motion through each movement.

Ab crunch can also be performed with 360 degree adjustment rollers.

Thick, comfortable pads and fully adjustable 7-gauge steel cam will easily accommodate any user.

Adjustable thigh pad and seat depth designed to suit any size of athlete and makes getting in and out of the machine.

leg machine

Good solid bit of kit would definitely recommend for home gym. More than just a leg machine also good ab work out to.

Don’t Skip Leg Day!

This thing is awesome, it is super sturdy as well as being extremely versatile.

I can’t see how it’s in any way inferior to the leg curl/extension/prone curl machines in commercial gyms, and you get all of the above in just one machine. Worth every penny.

gives perfect range of motion for hammies and quads. Its quite compact so doesn't take up much space which was key for me as i have a single garage gym. I did a lot of research on Leg ext/Ham curl machines before i bought this one and for the price i think it is worth it 100%. (use code EXTREMELOYALTY at checkout gets you 7. 5% off!)
In terms of service from the company would prob knock a couple stars off as they were very difficult to communicate with, i had sent about 4 emails and only got 1 response ever, i asked for it to be delivered without a pallet but it came on a pallet which was a bit annoying.
