The Extreme Fitness EX-FR-2 Functional Rack provides a dedicated space for dual workouts.

The rock solid construction features 2 commercial power racks made from 3 x 3" 11-guage steel uprights. Each power rack has good depth inside the cage to allow space for training.

Spotter arms are included on the rack as well as landmine attachments and wall ball targets.

There are three storage shelves attached to the rack. The length of each shelf is 1.8m, which allows you plenty of space to access items placed on the shelves.

Limited space and/or want to change a shelf or length of the tray? How about adding a single cable pulley or lat pulldown to the end of the rack?
