The cable machine itself is very impressive. Manufacturing quality, finish, hole alignment, all great. The cables and pulleys run smoothly - it is comparable to what I've used in hotel and commercial gyms. The instructions could be a little clearer, but apart from getting the left and right sides bolted together, I was able to do the rest of the build alone. If you are looking for a cable machine for your home gym and haven't got pots of money to spend, I would highly recommend this. Wish I'd bought one years ago.
I was so impressed, I immediately retuned to Extreme Fitness to order a new bench, which again for the price, was way better in quality than similar priced alternatives. Feels really good quality, good padding, sturdy.

lped carry everything to the gym at the bottom of the garden. Not a service I would have received from one of the big carrier companies.
The only minor issue was the opening hours, I had to wait until I had time off work to be able to view the machine. I was a bit suspicious of the quality due to the price. I needn’t have worried.
