The Gold ends are made from Titanium which means the ends are super scratch resistant.

We have made the knurling mid aggressive to allow grip during lifts. The bar shaft has a black cerakote finish which is rust resistant.

Choose between a Bushing and Bearings Bar.

Bushing Bar
Bronze bushings to help maintain a slow steady spin. Great for Powerlifting movements such as squats, deadlifts and presses.

Bearings Bar
Consists of 8 bearings allowing spin movement for Crossfit/Olympic Weightlifting such as cleans and snatches.

Diameter of shaft is 28.5mm.
