The Extreme Fitness plates are made from cast iron with a grey hammertone finish and silver lettering. Reminiscenet of the classic old school plates used in weightlifting and bodybuilding.

These Olympic plates have a deep rimmed edge which are great for grip and facilitating easy plate loading and removal.
