Unfortunately squatting has a reputation as something of an uncomfortable, and at times dangerous lift. Whilst safety can always be guaranteed by practicing proper form and safe loads at all times, until recently there was little that could be done about the comfort aspect.
Our squat safety bar comes complete with a fully padded shoulder collar and integrated grips to ensure that you have everything you need to lift safely and comfortably. By removing the strain from the wrists and shoulders, it allows you to train in a far more controlled manner with an even weight distribution. Ideal for when you really need to focus on your next lift.
