The Extreme Fitness EX-4000 Slim Multi Functional Rack delivers the full capability of the EX-4000 platform in a more streamlined, space-efficient design. Built for both serious home gyms and commercial environments, this version removes the smith system to create a cleaner compact footprint while maintaining maximum training versatility.

Central Cable System

At its core are dual 120kg rear weight stacks, offering smooth, consistent resistance through a high-grade cable system. Designed for both unilateral and bilateral training, the EX-4000 Slim allows you to isolate muscle groups or combine stacks for heavier, functional movements—perfect for progressive overload and full-body conditioning.

Commercial Grade Construction

Built from 75 x 75mm (3” x 3”) 11-gauge steel uprights, the EX-4000 is designed for maximum rigidity and durability, making it suitable for demanding training environments.

The 1” hole spacing ensures precise adjustments for optimal bar positioning during squats, bench press, and other compound lifts.

Smooth Dual Cable System

The adjustable pulley system utilises premium aluminium pulleys, delivering exceptionally smooth and quiet operation even under heavy load.

Each cable column operates at a 2:1 ratio, ideal for controlled functional training movements such as:

Cable flyes

Tricep pushdowns

Face pulls

Lateral raises

Functional strength exercises

When connected centrally, the system converts to 1:1 ratio, unlocking the full 120kg load capacity for heavy compound cable movements.
