The Extreme Fitness Half Rack with Lat pulldown and low row pulley is the all-in-one free weight workout station.

Taking up very little footprint, this is an ideal machine for any home gym or PT Studio. Perform Lat Pulldowns and low rows. The weight stack is 80kg with an option to add free weights to make up more weight (total max weight 150kg).

The uprights are 60 x 60mm with a 20mm box steel construction for stability.

Comes with jcups, spotter arms, monolift attachment, low row foot plate, adjustable leg pads for performing lat pulldowns, landmine and 2 bar holders and 2 weight storage pegs.
